I don't know another way to contact seeing as how I'm unable to leave a typed message in order issues, and I've called but was given the message that the lines were too busy to either email or call back in an hour. This is also the second attempt at sending this. The first address sent a message saying u.s bo Kilmer in use. Former crossed. So here it is. After another old email was given to use. **Order *******Sent at *:** PM*Accepted at *:** pm*Began preparing at *:**pm*Approx delivery time *:** pm*Delivered at *:** pm **I ordered a small meal from McDonald's and it took over * HOURS TO BE DELIVERED! The food was cool, drinks ice was half melted, and the ice cream was runny. This was the worst experience I have had as a customer.
