Hello! My name is Trinity Rassmussen. **I have been using Uber Eats ever since I started college this Fall, and I honestly love the service, it’s super convenient for my late night study sessions! **Though November ** a huge bill came out of my bank account ($**.**), and I hadn’t ordered anything from Uber Eats in a long time, nor have any of my previous orders ever come out to nearly that much. Upon this happening I went and investigated when the last time was I had ordered from Uber Eats to make sure that payment had gone through. The last time I had ordered from you guys was October *th, and the payment was $**.**. I went ahead and looked at my bank statement and this payment had indeed gone through. **With this being said I have no idea why that huge amount had come out of my bank account? This normally wouldn’t be so urgent, but I am a college student and that had completely whipped any money I had in my bank account, that money of which was set aside for groceries and other needs. This feels really random and I’m very confused by it. Any time I have ordered from Uber Eats the payments always go through, I am very adamant on keep track of charges on my Debit Card. **Is it possible that the app didn’t pick up that the charges went through and recharged me for a few of my last orders? **This is super urgent to me right now, as I have no money now (as pathetic as that sounds, but hey college), and there are certain things I have to pay for. **Is there a way I can be refunded for this? It is super important and I am completely confused why I was charged that. **I would really appreciate a reply as soon as it is possible! Thank you so much, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help prove that my previous orders had gone through or if you need my Uber Eats account info, I don’t know, but I would really appreciate it if this could be resolved. **Have a nice day!!
