Good afternoon support,**My account with UberEars is *****@***.com and my mobile is: ***-***-*****Today I tried to place an order for the company using my account and they state the account is blocked. The controller spoke to the CSR who said we needed to call the bank as it had blocked the account. She did speak to the AMEX and no transaction had run through or block issued to the corporate AMEX account. I did have an incident the last time the account was used where the controller was treating us to lunch @ Sushi Runner and she provided me with her credit card and it was declined. At that time she did call her card and they mentioned it was because the credit card was not registered in UberEatsbut hte hold was lifted from her account.*Please advise what steps are required from me in order to reinstate the account.
