Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received. On 19/11/18, I placed an order on Uber Eats for McDonald's. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect as we requested specific modifications to our burgers such as no pickles, ketchup, onions with extra cheese, and extra lettuce, which were not followed. Additionally, we ordered large meals but did not receive them. We raised a complaint through the Uber Eats app requesting a full refund due to the errors in our order, but only received a refund of 49p. I recently placed an order on UberEats for Panda Express. Even though the app shows the order as delivered, I did not receive it. After contacting customer service, they were unable to reach the driver (Gabriel). A representative mentioned a refund would be issued but no additional credit could be given. I am disappointed by the lack of accountability compared to other food delivery services that provide credits for such mishaps. This lacking accountability makes it hard for me to consider using UberEats further. If this matter can be resolved, I would reconsider using the service. Thank you.

Hello, Prateek Banga here from New Delhi. This is the second time I've received a wrong order. I've lost respect and trust from my family. They believe it's my fault for ordering incorrectly. I recently ordered "5 Chowmein Samosas and 1 Malai Chaap Samosa." Unfortunately, this time it was disappointing. Instead of 6 samosas, I got 4. To make matters worse, all of them were Macaroni Samosas. When my father saw them, he angrily threw them away, questioning who eats Macaroni Samosas. I've also shared pictures for reference. What a letdown.

While using the app to order food, the location was automatically generated by the app instead of the one I intended. Consequently, my order was delivered to the wrong address. Although the Uber driver was helpful and delivered the food to Florida Hospital in Tampa where my grandfather is, resolving the issue with customer support was challenging. The representative, Solomon (Ref: [redacted]), refused to escalate my request to a supervisor for a refund, claiming it wouldn't make a difference. I ask for a full refund or a voucher as the incorrect address was not my mistake but a result of the app's error. I recently had an issue with my Five Guys order at the Garnet Ave location in San Diego, CA. I ordered on November 27, [redacted] at 7:06 PM and my order number is 1A095. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect as they provided me with regular fries instead of the cajun fries I had requested, and the toppings on my hot dog were also wrong. Hello support team, I am reaching out regarding my UberEats account under the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. Today, while trying to place an order for my company, I discovered that my account has been blocked. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed to check with the bank as they might have blocked the account. I have confirmed with AMEX that no transaction has been made or blocked with the corporate AMEX account. There was a previous issue where a credit card was declined due to it not being registered with UberEats, which was subsequently resolved. I encountered mistreatment from a customer who made derogatory remarks about my Latino background and proceeded to file a false report filled with insults and disrespect. Despite my dedication to my work, this incident has led to an undeserved block from Uber Eats. Hello, I recently received my order from Wok to Walk on Baker Street. I specifically requested no cabbage mix in my meal due to allergies, yet it was prepared with sprouts. Upon contacting the restaurant, I was informed that the "onion mix" includes sprouts, which was not clearly stated in the menu. I am disappointed to have paid for a meal I cannot consume. I placed an order for food at 7:38 pm, and it arrived at 9:12 pm, though initially, it was delivered to the wrong address. Upon contacting customer service, they assured me it would arrive soon. Unfortunately, when it did, the food was ice-cold and soaked due to the steam from the heat in the cardboard cartons. The quality was so poor that the food was inedible. I paid $45 for this meal, and the entire experience was disappointing. Additionally, the driver lacked professionalism and struggled to locate my house despite the convenience of GPS technology in smartphones. On my first food order, the delivery location was correct. However, subsequent orders had issues, as the delivery staff insisted on delivering to Lord Sinha Road instead of Burrabazar where I am located. Despite informing them of the correct address, they cancelled the orders multiple times. Recently, when I tried to place another order, they demanded a cancellation fee of Rs. 84, which I found unreasonable given the ongoing confusion. I request all previous cancellations to be disregarded, enabling me to place a new order without any hindrances. I hope for a prompt resolution to prevent further inconvenience.

Hello, I wanted to share that my spouse and I have decided to stop using the Uber Eats app. We had an experience on 11/30/18 when my wife placed an order at 12:35pm but canceled it just a minute later. She contacted customer service and was informed that because the order was started within that short time frame, nothing could be done. While I acknowledge the importance of business decisions in service provision and product delivery, I have encountered multiple issues with previous orders, including receiving incorrect items. The recent incident involving my wife and me will mark the end of our association with Uber Eats. On November 19th, I utilized your service for an order from Fatburger at location I-[redacted] & Lake Mead. The problem originated when the driver delivered the food without the drinks. After contacting Fatburger directly, they indicated that I should reach out to you due to the purchase being made through your service. Despite their attempts to have the driver return for the drinks twice, he did not comply. Upon returning home, I discovered that aside from missing fat fries, two of the burgers were incorrect. I have raised this issue with Fatburger, who stated that it was an error on the part of ubereats. While the blame is not of primary concern to me, I am seeking reimbursement for the order that was not fulfilled correctly, including the missing items and inconvenience of having to retrieve the drinks personally. I hope to receive a prompt response from you with a resolution to this matter.

This is unacceptable. My order #77D44 never arrived. I was a big fan of Uber for its customer satisfaction. Despite that, it's disappointing to pay for something I didn't receive. The driver claims to have called me, but I never received any call. I contacted Uber after an hour of waiting, only to be informed that the order was canceled due to being unreachable. When I inquired about picking it up myself, I was simply told to pay up. I appreciate this shoddy service. Furthermore, now that Eats is linked to Uber, I can't ride with either service. I'm uninstalling both apps. I just want you to know that what happened is not acceptable!

I submitted a missing order request, and the system indicated the items would be delivered. However, as of 7:50pm, the order had not arrived. I contacted Steak 'n Shake customer service, and a representative named Grace explained that due to a system glitch, she was unable to access our order to assist us. Grace suggested emailing for a response within 24 to 48 hours or calling back later. When I requested the email address, she directed me to their website. Inquiring about speaking with a supervisor, Grace stated she did not have one available and insisted it would yield the same result due to shared systems. Despite my persistence, Grace stuck to the options of calling back or emailing. She advised emailing for a quicker response. The delay left my family without food, and those who waited for a redelivery were disappointed with cold meals. A full refund for the order is now expected.

Hello, I placed order FFEF4 last night. According to the app, it should have arrived at 6:38 PM. However, at 6:40 PM, I noticed a missed call at 6:25 PM from an unknown number. The delivery person did not attempt to knock on our accessible and visible front door. Despite my husband and I being in the living room adjacent to the front door the entire time, the food did not arrive. Given the rainy weather, I suspect the driver remained in their car instead of delivering the food. Despite the delivery person claiming to have waited 10 minutes, they did not approach our clearly visible front door. We regularly use Uber Eats without any issues, so we are now requesting a refund for this order. Thank you.

I was charged for an order even though I canceled it at McDonald's. When I found out they didn't have the items I ordered, I asked them to cancel it. The McDonald's employee said I had to contact Uber Eats to cancel, so I did. Uber Eats confirmed the cancellation but advised me to verify with McDonald's. After confirming with McDonald's again, they assured me the order was canceled. However, the next morning, I received a notification that my order was canceled but no refund was issued. I contacted Uber Eats, and they said they would refund me but requested I submit an issue via the app, which I did. Despite following the instructions, I have yet to receive my refund. This has been a frustrating experience, and the customer service has been lacking. Customers should not have to endure such difficulty for a refund or order cancellation. It is unacceptable for me to have to contact both the restaurant and Uber Eats repeatedly. I insist on an immediate refund for order #16F78.
