I just spent ** minutes on the phone with someone who did not help, or even apologize for the inconvenience.**I scheduled an order at Essex junction restaurant and the order never prepared. I came home expecting to have this delivered. I got home and it has not gone through. I looked and the restaurant was unavailable. I cannot cancel the order it gives me an error.**I am concerned about being charged for this, I am concerned that when the restaurant opens I will somehow get a delivery, and I’m also upset with the poor level of customer service I received on the phone call.
