Dear uber eats, i am writing to you to inform you of my disappointment with your service, I ordered the boneless wing combo with sweet potato fries which cost £**.**. This was a few hours ago and I didn’t get a response from the service on the app so I am emailing you. Firstly I have never received such poor service before. I ordered from wing shack today and not only was the driver late, my food was in poor condition upon arrival, the wings box was open causing to the food to just be jumbled up in the bag. On top of that the food was cold and nowhere near as enjoyable as it should have been. I expect a full refund as a result of such a bad experience, I look forward to hearing your response. Regards
