Disappointed in my first experience with Ubereats. Last night trying to survive a migraine I decided with my sister to order for the first time. The first time she ordered from her account and I was paying, however after about an hour we realized our food wasn’t coming. She was able to call and get it cancelled. The gentleman told her to just use another restaurant. So we did, this time from my phone as hers was dying. But again it was happening again. The time just kept getting pushed back and pack and there was nothing we could do. It took me three calls before I finally could get it cancelled. So what started at *pm with us trying to find food so I could feed my migraine and sleep didn’t end until **** with me crying and no food. With no explanation into why and it was super hard to get my money even cancelled. By then I just wanted to sleep. One of the people said I could email and ask to be compinsated but honestly I just wanted to be heard. Granted I was in a ton of pain already so my night was pretty aweful, I was just sad it ended the way it did. And I apologize I’m sure I wasn’t the most pleasant person to speak to last night either. Both orders we’re in the end cancelled just after a long night.
