I placed an order tonight and had to cancel due to clicking the wrong address. So before I tried to reorder the same order with the right address I checked my back account online it said it refunded me but it charged me again without me even placing the order again. The guy I talked to on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. I just wanted the place the same order again with the right address but I’m not about to be charged twice for the same thing
GetHuman-chayhoff did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
