Hi,**I placed my first Uber Eats order last night on your website (not the App), but I had a lot of problems. First, it didn’t take my Promo Code (it said it applied it, but the discount did not show up on the order after submitting). So then I tried to cancel the order immediately (which is said it was canceled), but it was delivered anyway an hour later.**Here is the order information:*Order ****ED - email: *****@***.com**This was the promo code that was applied: WOWEATS***It was supposed to take $** off, but the UberEats receipt emailed to me doesn’t reflect that $** discount.**Your website seems to be very buggy since it takes but doesn’t apply the discount from the promo code and the Cancel order doesn’t seem to be working too.**On top of everything, the food delivered was supposed to be a bean burrito with chips and salsa, but the burrito was a steak and fries burrito, not a bean burrito. I didn’t realize until after I cut into it, but it was not what I ordered. I went ahead and ate it (not a vegetarian) but I would have preferred a bean burrito as ordered. I didn’t have time to call and reorder last night for the correct food. **This has been a very unpleasant experience overall, and therefore I doubt I’ll use Ubereats ever again. **I tried calling your phone support but got a message to call back in a couple hours last night.
