Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered four burgers at 9:53, and my delivery was delayed until 11:40. UberEats then informed me that the restaurant had closed and my order was canceled. When I asked for alternatives, the customer service representative, Inderjeet, could not provide a solution. Despite requesting to speak with a senior representative, Inderjeet insisted I find the option in the app myself, which was not available. Unfortunately, he ended the call without resolving my issue. The concern here goes beyond the order; it's about receiving late notice at 12 AM when I needed dinner for the night due to early morning commitments. This inconvenience has left me without a meal with no resolution in sight. I urge you to address this situation promptly, or I may have to escalate this matter to the consumer forum for further assistance.

I ordered a combo from Al Beik on Hoshangabad Road in Bhopal and received a call from the delivery person saying my order was unavailable. When I declined to accept the order, he asked me to inform customer service that it was not his fault. Later, the delivery person falsely reported the situation to customer care. When they called me, I explained what had happened, but we ended up arguing, and I disconnected the call. Afterward, a penalty of Rs. 80 was deducted from my account. Additionally, when a payment transaction was made to my Paytm wallet, Rs. 80 was also deducted automatically. If Uber Eats does not address this issue, I will escalate it to the customer forum. I am also experiencing difficulty in getting my concerns registered with customer care.

My spouse attempted UberEats for the first time to surprise me with a meal from Teddy's Bigger Burgers. Despite the restaurant's close proximity, it took a lengthy hour and a half for the delivery to arrive. The order was incorrect; we received a different burger, a small vanilla shake, and only one serving of fries instead of sweet potato fries, two teri burgers, and a large chocolate shake. Despite the disappointing mix-up, my husband generously tipped the driver $7. Disheartened by the ordeal, we are considering using BiteSquad or picking up orders ourselves in the future. A complaint with attached photos of the received items has been lodged with UberEats in hopes of a refund. Our experience has left us greatly dissatisfied and we are eager for a resolution.

I placed an order for food, but there was a mix-up with the delivery address. Instead of my place in Cordova, Tennessee, it somehow changed to a location in Collierville where I've never been. The driver kindly delivered the order to my home, but unfortunately, it was wrong. I reassured the driver that it wasn't his fault, as the app had altered my address. I corrected it back to my home address, but the food was still incorrect. The driver went above and beyond by driving all the way from Collierville to deliver it, which is approximately a 20-minute drive. I want to ensure he is compensated fairly for his efforts and also request a refund. It's baffling why the GPS would direct the delivery driver to a random address far from my actual home.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am the owner of Om Corner Chole Bhature in Karol Bagh. I need to address an issue with UBER EATS. I have 5 outlets in Delhi NCR and have been struggling to reach UBER EATS for assistance. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to connect with anyone from their team. This has led me to send this email as a last resort. Initially, Saurabh Raichandani was assigned as my manager. However, once the restaurant was live, he disappeared, ignoring my calls and messages. I will provide screenshots as evidence. While dealing with the Janakpuri outlet, it only went live in September with the help of Chetan, the manager for our area. Subsequently, the Kalkaji outlet's documents were submitted on 28th September, but it has not been activated yet. Mr. Raichand, the area manager, has not been helpful. Despite reaching out to other UBER EATS employees, none of them were able to assist, claiming it wasn't their responsibility. I have outlets in Nirman Vihar and Ghaziabad as well. It is becoming increasingly frustrating to launch my restaurants on UBER EATS due to the lack of support. As a business owner, I seek transparency and guidance on working with UBER EATS without complications. If resolution is not feasible, I may consider terminating my partnership with UBER EATS. My experience with Ubereats has been extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against using their service. They deduct money and cancel orders without notice, shifting blame to customers. Their drivers even demand extra payments for delivery. When trying to address these issues, I was met with disrespectful executives. Mr. Mayank Srivastav refused to assist me, claiming no refund or food delivery would be provided. Another staff member took the delivery driver's side. The delivery person, Ashish, ([redacted]) used vulgar language and even made threats. I have a recording of the incident and will share it if the matter is not resolved. This behavior has happened before, showing a pattern of misconduct by Ubereats. #Ubereatsfraud #ubereatschorhai

I had an issue with an Uber Eats order. Right after placing it, I wanted to change it but the cancel option wasn't working. Even when I contacted the restaurant to cancel or modify it, they said only Uber Eats could do it. Despite successful changes in the past, this time they refused, claiming the order was being prepared. Speaking with an Uber Eats representative named "Gerald," he confirmed the restaurant's stance and offered no further assistance, even hanging up on me. When I tried reaching out again, they insisted on my information first. This situation left me frustrated and seeking compensation for the poor customer service. I hope "Gerald" and the others I spoke with can be reprimanded for their handling of the matter.

I recently ordered a meal on my ex-boyfriend's Uber Eats account without realizing he had saved my card details. I paid for the meal on October 27th using my bank card. However, I was surprised to see a charge of $37 from Uber Eats on my bank statement without having placed an order or received any food. I suspect my ex has been using my card without my permission. I have already contacted the bank, canceled my card, and they advised me to reach out to Uber Eats to address the issue. I recently placed my second order with your company, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Despite entering my address clearly, the delivery took much longer than expected. After contacting the delivery person and clarifying my location, I was met with unprofessional behavior and even verbal abuse. I have a recorded conversation as proof of the incident. Subsequently, Uber customer service intervened in a three-way call to resolve the issue. However, even after clarifying the correct address, the delivery person refused to deliver and the order was canceled by the representative without an apology. Thank you for addressing the non-delivery problem. I am waiting for clarification regarding the charge on the same day for an order placed in July. While settling the payment for my first food order, a past due balance of $21.72 appeared for a past order. Reviewing my Uber history, the only matching order dates back to July. Upon ordering, the payment was immediately processed, which is standard before the restaurant receives the order. I am confused as to why I was charged again for this specific order.

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with an app and the online support team. Trying to resolve this matter has been more difficult than anticipated. Despite reporting a missing item in my meal through the app, it took two attempts to receive a response. Although my receipt was eventually updated as promised, I have yet to receive the $20.87 refund I was told to expect. Following up on the refund email led to further delays and lack of communication. I have been patiently trying to resolve this issue for a month to no avail. The back-and-forth between different channels and emails has been frustrating. Hello, I wanted to let you know that I ordered 3 items on November 14, [redacted] at 12:55 pm and expected it to arrive at Bestech Business Towers, Sec-66 Mohali (Punjab). Unfortunately, the order was delayed by 1 hour and a few minutes, which was disappointing as I have never experienced such a delay before. The items finally arrived at 2:04 pm. I recently signed up for an account on UberEATS and used it to order food from McDonald's in Crewe Cheshire. Unfortunately, my food arrived cold after the delivery driver, who goes by the name Kayley, let it sit in her car for almost 20 minutes. To add to my frustration, I woke up the next day to find out that someone named Ling Li had accessed my account without permission, changed my account details, and made an unauthorized purchase using my card information. When I tried to reach UberEATS customer support, I discovered that all the phone numbers listed were inactive, leaving me no way to contact them about this security breach. I have already reported the fraudulent transaction to my bank and deleted my UberEATS account due to the inability to remove my card information. I have evidence of these incidents and hope to resolve this issue promptly before having to involve the authorities.

I accidentally ordered a McFlurry from McDonald's and tried to cancel, but it didn't give me the option. The app then said it was preparing the order. I immediately called to speak with an associate before it was completed. However, the associate kept repeating 6-10 minutes and placing me on hold. By the time he returned, the order was already on its way. He refused to give me a refund, which I found frustrating. It was unreasonable to keep me on hold for so long just to take my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible; this experience has been disappointing.

I encountered an issue while ordering from a restaurant. The system wouldn't process my current order due to an outstanding amount from a previous canceled order. After speaking with a customer service representative, they agreed to waive the additional charges for this instance. However, they mentioned that in future cancellations, I would be required to pay the full cancellation fee. I am currently unable to proceed with my order due to the outstanding amount for the previous canceled order. Although I was promised exemption from delivery charges, the system seems to be holding me back. I urgently need to place an order as I am extremely hungry. Hello Team, I recently ordered a chicken kheema parota from a restaurant through your app. Despite receiving a confirmation indicating the delivery would only take 1 minute, when I arrived at the location to pick up my food, the delivery person was not there. When I attempted to contact them, there was no response. Shortly after, I received a message informing me that my order had been cancelled, even though I did not initiate the cancellation. Now, whenever I try to place a new order on the app, I encounter an error message stating that I have an outstanding balance, preventing me from ordering. I have a registered number, [redacted]. I used Uber Eats service in Bhopal in November to order biryani from Behrouz. I waited on the road at DB Mall for 45 minutes for the delivery boy who did not show up. It was frustrating. When I got home after 55 minutes, the delivery boy called explaining that he was delayed due to incorrect restaurant location on the app. I had already ordered something else by then and asked him to cancel the order, which he agreed to. Later, I received a call from Uber Eats customer care. The representative was unprofessional and rude. Initially, they blamed the delivery boy for the delay, then mentioned I would be charged for the canceled order on my next purchase. This seems unfair since I never received the initial order due to the delivery boy's delay. Why should I be penalized and made to pay for an order that was not delivered on time?

Order DE534 I retrieved the food and drove to the address provided. Despite spending over 30 minutes searching, I reached out to the customers and obtained the correct address at [redacted] Clifton Ave, Newark, NJ. Despite the distance, I decided to proceed with the delivery rather than canceling. Upon arrival at the new address, despite multiple attempts, nobody responded to the door or phone calls. Feeling disappointed as I wasn't compensated for the extra distance and time spent, I left the food at their location. Even though I made the effort to deliver and cater to the customer's needs, I was informed that I wouldn’t be receiving payment for this delivery.

Dear Uber Eats, I am extremely disappointed with my first order experience on your app. I ordered food at 9:30 PM with an estimated delivery time of 10:05 PM. The Delivery Partner called me, unable to deliver, and eventually cancelled my order. I couldn't cancel it myself and had trouble finding support options in the app. I called customer support twice, speaking to Mr. Harpreet and later Mr. Sahil, both of whom provided conflicting information and left me dissatisfied. Mr. Gurvinder suggested reordering, but I was not pleased with the resolution. I am reaching out to express my frustration with the entire process. I had to invest approximately 2 hours in resolving a single order issue, leading to a dissatisfactory outcome. I eagerly await your response on how this matter will be compensated. I usually order from Uber Eats to my work address, but this time my order never arrived. The driver never came inside the building and although they tried to call, I couldn't answer as I was with a client. I rely on Uber Eats to deliver orders to me, so this was very disappointing. When I called customer service, both the representative and the supervisor I spoke to said they couldn't help me. It's not about the money, it's about the poor service. I won't be ordering from Uber Eats again, I'll use DoorDash instead. I'm going to inform others about the bad experience I had with Uber Eats, as I find this level of service unacceptable.
