I first placed an order with Himalayan House - South Loop and then immediately cancelled it because the address was wrong. This was within ten seconds, but I was still charged for it because apparently the 'order was accepted'. Now, I would not have cancelled it in the first place if it did get accepted. I never saw that status on my phone, so I just cancelled it. Then I received an email saying I was charged $**.** for the order. However, an amount of $**.** was debited from my account and this is simply outrageous! If the restaurant really did charge a delivery fee, they are clearly faking it because I cancelled the order in a matter of seconds. I am expecting a reply for this at your earliest convenience please. This is absolutely not acceptable for a restaurant to do.
