I placed an order on 1/11/18 with the order number #F79A8. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived from McDonald's, the drinks had spilled over the food due to the delivery driver's error. Upon opening the bags, I discovered that a large part of my order was missing. Two Big Mac large meals and 5 double cheeseburgers were not included. The food that did arrive was inedible. This situation led to my child, who has autism, having a distressing meltdown as McDonald's is one of the few foods he eats. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance from both Uber Eats and McDonald's. I am requesting a full refund as most of the meal was missing and what was delivered was inedible.

I made an order at 11:40 AM today at Bamboo Asian Bistro listed under "under 25 minutes." I'm a pharmaceutical sales rep and had a lunch meeting with doctors from 12-1 PM. After calling to confirm the timing was crucial, the restaurant assured me it would be ready by 12 PM. I called multiple times as the order was delayed. Despite being over an hour late and causing an issue with the doctors, I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the order at 1:20 PM. The lack of communication between the drivers and restaurants, inconsistent time frames, and delays have cost me business and reputation. I hope for a credit for this meal due to the service failure. My contact information is [redacted] or [redacted] for further assistance.

On 27.10.18, I placed an order at Banana Leaves under order # 4524C. Despite confirmation of the delivery, the food never arrived. Unsure of the reason - be it my unreachable phone, my busy work schedule, or a mishap with the delivery boy. It was only today (2.11.18) that I found out the order was canceled and I needed to pay for it. The amount is a small 39 INR, but the situation left me hungry and dissatisfied. Uber Eats, as a big company, failed to deliver, and now I am expected to pay for the uneaten meal. I find it concerning that such a simple order turned into an issue of payment and hunger. I am considering if I should pay this small amount to settle the matter, but this experience makes me cautious about using the app in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered 2 plates of chicken biryani on Uber Eats from Rahmania Park Street, and the delivery person was Asafaq. With the TRT60 code, I was supposed to get both plates for 75 rupees. However, the driver called, claiming he had an accident and would not deliver. Strangely, the app shows the food as delivered, and the payment was collected in cash. Unfortunately, I cannot reuse the code and my order appears to be completed. I am unable to contact the driver as he is not responding to calls. I need this issue resolved promptly.

Hello, I am Ethan D'Abbene, a delivery driver for Uber Eats. I recently received a message from support stating that I did not deliver a customer's order, which is not accurate. This incident occurred during my first delivery, and I am certain that I handed the order to the customer. Despite my attempts to communicate this to support through the app, I have consistently received the same unhelpful responses. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with a support member who can fully understand my situation. The delivery took around 24 minutes, plus the time it took me to return. I should have received approximately $9.50 for this trip, but I was not compensated at all. When I called the customer, they promptly answered the phone and collected their order at the door. I verified their name before they closed the door. I urge you to review my location records, as they will confirm that I made the delivery as expected. It appears that the customer may be attempting to falsely claim non-delivery to receive free food. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, with a fresh perspective from a support member.

I want to share my recent experience at the McDonald’s located at [redacted] 10th St, Jeffersonville, IN [redacted]. We ordered through Uber Eats at 12:15 am but didn't receive our full order until 2 am. Our order included 2 McFlurrys, 2 double cheeseburgers with added mayo, 2 French fries, 2 large sweet teas, 1 Sprite, 2 McChickens, 2 cheeseburgers, and a 10-piece nugget. Unfortunately, we only received the nuggets, 2 fries, 2 cheeseburgers, 1 double cheeseburger, 2 McFlurrys, and 1 sweet tea. The delay caused our Uber driver, Thomas, to wait in the drive-thru for two hours, impacting his time and earnings. Despite the long wait, the order was still incorrect. This whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I am seeking a refund for this inconvenience.

I regret to inform you that I was unsatisfied with the cheese pizza I ordered on Saturday, October 13, [redacted]. The quality of the pizza was poor; it lacked sauce, cheese, and any toppings. The pizza was dry and hard, making it difficult to eat. To my surprise, the box was labeled "ZOMATO," which makes me believe that my order was mixed up. I felt like my money was wasted. I am reaching out now on the advice of a friend, hoping to find a resolution or a better outcome. I kindly request a refund or the option to order a different food item instead. Thank you.

Dear Uber Eats Customer Service, I have noticed a discrepancy in the amount deducted from my account for tips on the Uber Eats App. While tipping amounts ranging from $2 to $10 are always whole numbers, I realized that there is an increase of a few cents when the tip is processed. Since I began using Uber Eats on February 10, [redacted], until August 23, [redacted], the billed amounts matched my tip submissions accurately. However, from September 10, [redacted], to the present, I observed these slight discrepancies in the charged amounts. After speaking with John from customer service, he advised me to send an email with supporting documents for further investigation. I have a PDF document ready to submit for review. Please advise me on the best way to provide this information to address this matter. Sincerely, Juanita F.

Dear Uber Eats Customer Support, I have noticed a discrepancy in the tipping amounts deducted from my account when using the Uber Eats App. Previously, when I tipped between $2 to $10, the deducted amount was always an even number. Since I began using Uber Eats on February 10, [redacted], up to August 23, [redacted], the billed amount matched my tip submissions accurately. However, from September 10, [redacted], onwards, I've observed small increases in the deducted amounts, which appear inconsistent. After speaking with a representative named John from Uber Eats Customer Service, he advised me to email a document detailing the specific purchases for further investigation into this matter. I have a PDF file ready to submit. How should I proceed to share this information with you? Thank you, J. Fredericks

Hello, I am Simran Kaur, and I am reaching out because I recently noticed a deduction from my Paytm account for UberEats on October 30, [redacted], without making any orders. On the same day, I placed an order for Rs. [redacted] and paid in cash. I have evidence of both transactions and the deductions made from my Paytm account. Despite contacting UberEats and providing proof, they have been giving me excuses, suggesting I had taken a ride with Uber, which is not the case. They also mentioned an order on October 12 with La Waffel, but I paid in cash on the same day with a Paytm receipt to prove it. UberEats wrongly deducted Rs. 90, and despite 12 days passing, they have not refunded the amount. I have been in touch with their agents, but the issue remains unresolved. I urge them to investigate and return the deducted amount promptly.

My experience at the McDonald’s located at [redacted] 10th St in Jeffersonville, IN [redacted] was very disappointing. We placed an order using Uber Eats at 12:15 am, and our food didn't arrive until 2 am. Our order included a variety of items, but we only received a portion of what we ordered. We were missing items such as the sweet teas, one of the double cheeseburgers, and the McFlurrys. Waiting for two hours with our Uber driver, Thomas, in the drive-thru was unprofessional, and it's frustrating that even after the long wait, the order was still incorrect. I believe a refund is necessary given the whole ordeal.

Subject: Issue with Uber Eats App Tipping Hello Uber Eats Customer Support, I have recently noticed a discrepancy in the tipping amounts deducted from my account when using the Uber Eats App. Despite tipping between $2 and $10, I have observed that the amounts withdrawn are slightly higher and always end in an even number. My usage of Uber Eats started on February 10, [redacted], and up until August 23, [redacted], the billed tip amounts matched my submissions accurately. However, from September 10, [redacted], up to the present, there have been consistent increases of a few cents in the billed amounts, which has raised my concern. When I contacted Uber Eats Customer Service, a representative named John advised me to email a document with the relevant purchases for further investigation into this matter. I have the required information in a PDF format to submit for review. Kindly provide guidance on how I can send this document to you. Thank you, Juanita F.

I am currently facing a few issues concerning my recent order. This marks the second time in two weeks that there have been problems. Today, I placed an order at TGIFridays for a Chicken Cobb Salad with extra RANCH dressing. Regrettably, what was delivered to me was a Cobb Salad without any chicken and with extra GREEN GODDESS dressing. Additionally, I have been attempting to contact Uber customer service via the [redacted] number, but the line has been ringing for the past 8 minutes without any response. I am seeking a prompt and full refund for this experience. These repeated errors are incredibly frustrating, especially when coupled with the inability to reach customer service for assistance. I trust UberEats to facilitate convenient meal deliveries for busy individuals like myself, but the persisting inaccuracies are a letdown. I hope to receive a refund promptly to address this situation.

Yesterday, I signed up for a new Uber Eats account after discovering a $50 promotion code. I followed the instructions to create the account and entered the code, receiving a notification that it was applied. However, during the final transaction, the discount was not reflected. When I sought help through the app, I was initially informed the code did not exist, then told there was a $5 code on my account, which I had not used. As a consumer, I believe it is not my responsibility to verify a code if the app incorrectly indicated it was applied. I am disappointed with the assistance I received. The $50 discount influenced my decision to try the app, and I now feel misled. I request either the promised discount or a full refund, as I find it unfair to be treated this way as a new customer.

I recently tried using Uber Eats for the first time, and encountered a frustrating issue with my order being cancelled without notice when the delivery person was already nearby. Despite contacting Uber Eats immediately and being assured of a refund within 10 working days, I have yet to receive my money back even after more than 10 days have passed. To add to the situation, when attempting to reorder, the app charged me again even after I cancelled the order promptly. This lack of transparency and efficiency in handling orders and refunds has left me dismayed. I hope for a resolution soon and will be more vigilant with my future orders, taking screenshots and tracking every step to avoid further complications. The app's failure to deliver on its promises has been a disappointing experience that I hope can be rectified promptly.

Hello Team, I would like to bring to your attention that I placed an order (Order number: 31DF2) via the UBER Eats app. The receipt indicated a total of Rs.[redacted].43. Unfortunately, the delivery person, Mr. Balaji, was unable to reach me successfully and thus canceled the order. Despite this, I managed to meet Mr. Balaji before he left, received the order, and paid him the aforementioned amount. Nonetheless, the order still displays as canceled, showing a pending due of Rs.[redacted].43, hindering me from placing future orders. I have already settled the payment, and it should not be labeled as pending in my account. Kindly take note of this discrepancy and resolve it promptly.

I recently made an order with Himalayan House - South Loop but immediately canceled it due to an incorrect address. Despite canceling within seconds, I was still charged claiming the 'order was accepted.' I missed any notification on my phone and proceeded with the cancellation. To my surprise, I received an email stating a charge of $24.14, yet $29.63 was deducted from my account, a discrepancy I find unacceptable. If a delivery fee was applied, cancelling promptly should invalidate it. I hope to have this addressed promptly.

I didn't receive my order. The customer service representative claimed my address was wrong, but it wasn't. I requested to speak with the manager, but the executive was unhelpful and impolite. I was charged for an item I never received. In my next order, I used Uber credits, but they weren't applied to the receipt. I paid the delivery person the full amount. Thirty minutes later, the credits were added, and the total reduced, resulting in being double-charged. This same issue occurred with my friends. These incidents have eroded my trust in Uber Eats.

I was trying to place an order on UberEATS, but I got logged out of my account unexpectedly. Now, I am unable to log back in and I'm only being prompted to create a new account, which I can't do as I already have one linked to my phone number. I managed to place the order using a friend's account since I have used my card on their account in the past, but during payment, I received a notification about a hold on my card due to an unpaid amount from a previous incomplete order (the same order I was trying to place when I got logged out). How can I regain access to my account and remove the hold on my card for the unfinished order?

I recently ordered a mutton biryani from Arsalan for [redacted].95₹ and paid in cash upon delivery. Although I paid the exact amount to the delivery person and received my order, it still shows as unfulfilled and I may be charged again. This situation is frustrating as I don't understand why I would be double-charged for the same food. Additionally, I have been trying to contact the delivery partner but every time I call, it says they are busy and puts me on hold. This issue seems to be a glitch on the delivery person's end, making it impossible for me to reach them. I have raised complaints with UberEats, but have not received any response yet. I hope this matter can be looked into promptly as this lack of communication and professionalism is unexpected from UberEats.
