I placed order with wrong address, as soon as the driver picked up the order I repeatedly called and text them through the app as it says to do. They never answered the phone call, never replied back to the message. Finally called support to have them reach the driver to where she refused to drive to new address that is ten minutes away from where she was. Support did nothing for me, just too say if someone can't pick up the order then I will be charged reguardless. I don't understand how you can charge me for food when it's not delivered. Even with the unfortunate mess up, the driver was ten minutes away from new address. It's amazing too me that with all my efforts to contact the driver and support I am still being charged for food I didn't get because the driver doesn't want to drive! And too top it off the complete lack of effort of support to help the customer. Worst customer support, and because a lazy driver, they get a free meal off my money. Well done Uber eats I ordered through you guys almost * days a week and now I will never use it again!
