On October *, at **.** am, I placed an order for two pizzas from UberEats. I only got one of the pizzas, so I requested a refund for the other, and had a friend order that pizza through her phone. I was told that the refund was processed, and I have written to UberEats multiple times since, asking about this because the refund has not been credited to my account. I am beginning to get anxious because it seems to be taking an unnecessarily long amount of time. Please let me know if there is anything I can do* I am a college student on a budget who has enjoyed using UberEats multiple times over the last year and have never had a problem with refunds for a missing item persist for this long. I hate to keep pestering with emails, but I would just like an update from a member of your team to let me know what might be taking so long for this refund to get processed. Thank you.
