To whom it may concern,*I sent an order to a restaurant that contained items that do not sit long well. When the order continually indicated that they were only looking for a driver and that the food was prepared, I contacted customer service to cancel the order. She contacted the restaurant and told me the food was done and they would deliver it anyways, no matter how long the order sat for. When I claimed that it was ridiculous, the customer service representative argued with me and refused to cancel my order, causing the driver to come after I had already said I did not want the food. She refused to refund my money or cancel my order. I am furious. I expect that I am respected when I have an issue with a service I am paying for. If this is not resolved properly, I will not be continuing to use this service. I am appalled that I was treated this way and will be making my experience known.
