I placedan order by mistake from your app and within * -* sec i called to your partner restaurant to cancel the order they gave me surity that they will cancel but then i got a call from ur call centre that my order was not cancelled coz the partner restaurant doesn't have any authority to cancel any order. Then why didn't your partner restaurant inform me about that? And now your app charged me a panding payment of *** Rs. That is totally unfair because your employee didn't inform me that they will charge me for this later. That not my fault that's totally your's or your partner restaurant's fault. I am not pay any money for that.. kindly solve the issue.
