I am only allotted a certain amount of time for my lunch, which is why I selected that time frame! ... I placed an order at **:** AM to be delivered between *:** PM-*:** PM. They did not start to prepare my order until *:** PM.. which still gave them ** minutes to get my order to me. It is now *:** and I have yet to receive my order nor does it say that it is in route!
I would like to be compensated in form of a credit or a refund.
