Hello Uber Eats, A few weeks ago, I mistakenly ordered biriyani through your app as a new user and was unaware of the cancellation procedures. When I called your representative to cancel, I was informed that as a new customer placing my first order, no fine would be charged for cancellation. However, when I recently tried to place another order, I noticed a debit receipt reflecting the fine for the canceled item. Upon contacting another representative, I was told to settle the debt before ordering again. This lack of consistency in your policy enforcement is disappointing. I placed an order with McDonald's via Uber Eats at 8:57 a.m. on October 18th. My order included 3 sausage biscuits, 2 sausage McMuffins with egg, and 2 parfaits. When the delivery driver, Gracie, arrived, the order was incomplete. There was only 1 parfait and 1 of each breakfast sandwich in the bags. Due to my car being stolen, I'm unable to go back to McDonald's to resolve this directly. I contacted the store, but they couldn't assist me. Can you please resend the missing items to Dennetta at McDonald's on Emerson Street in Jacksonville, Florida? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I experienced an issue where I lost $16 due to a cancellation on this app. The cancel order feature doesn't allow sufficient time to cancel before being charged. My accidental order was cancelled immediately, but the restaurant had already accepted it by the time I could navigate the cancellation menu. The automated system didn't provide a cancellation window, leaving me with a charge for an order that was barely acknowledged by the restaurant. I strongly believe that the app should include a 30-second cancellation window to prevent situations like this. It's frustrating to lose money due to a quick mistake on the app.

I request a refund of the $4.99 delivery fee as my order was tardy. I placed the order at 7:19 with a 45-55 minute delivery timeframe. At 8:05, I contacted the restaurant as the order was still awaiting pickup and would not make the 8:14 delivery deadline. The restaurant confirmed the order was ready for 15 minutes but hadn't been picked up. After contacting UberEats Customer Service, a representative located the delivery partner after a brief hold and advised me to call back upon delivery for compensation due to the delay. The order arrived at 8:30, 71 minutes later, surpassing the delivery window by 16 minutes. Upon contacting at 8:53, I was informed I wasn't eligible for the promised 50% off due to incorrect information given by the prior representative. I'm not seeking a discount but accountability for the late delivery and misinformation provided. A refund of the delivery fee or a voucher for a future order would be appropriate. Requesting Uber to acknowledge and rectify: 1) Delayed delivery 2) Inaccurate information from a representative. I'm also perplexed by the "Late Delivery Policy" that deems my order uncompensatable. Lateness is straightforward, and responsibility is crucial. When will Uber uphold its commitments to customers?

I placed an order last night which was delivered with missing items. I reached out to the delivery person and the store without success, so I visited the McDonald's location in person. Despite showing the staff my Uber Eats receipt indicating my order of two sandwiches each, I was informed they only received an order for one sandwich each. The staff suggested contacting Uber Eats for assistance in resolving the issue. I am seeking a refund for the missing items in my order.

I placed an order through the app and the delivery showed the driver was only 8 minutes away. However, he stayed in the same spot for over 20 minutes without moving. Even after half an hour, the delivery driver had not arrived. I didn't receive a phone call, but received a notification claiming the driver called but couldn't reach me, and I did not receive a refund for the undelivered order. I order from Uber Eats frequently, but this level of service is unacceptable. My $27 order does not even appear in my past orders. I demand a refund for the undelivered food. I value being a loyal Uber Eats customer, but this experience is disappointing.

I have recently been charged Rs. [redacted] from my Paytm Wallet by Uber Eats for my first-time app usage on Jul 30, [redacted]. The order number is #0F46F, delivered by Arun. I paid a total of Rs. [redacted], including the Rs. [redacted] order amount and a Rs. [redacted] tip to Arun Mishra via my Paytm wallet that same day. However, on Oct 16, [redacted], there was an unauthorized deduction by Uber Eats. I find this fraudulent and will report it to Paytm. I can provide screenshots of both transactions from my wallet. The delivery executive, Arun, requested a Paytm transfer to his wallet, which I did immediately. Please investigate this issue to prevent it from happening to others. I will refrain from recommending Uber Eats until this matter is resolved. Kindly address this promptly for your customers' sake. Thank you.

I recently placed an order at Elephant Thai Restaurant on [redacted] W. Broad St. Richmond, VA [redacted] using UberEats. I did not receive 1 order of Fried Wontons and 1 order of Drunken Noodles. After contacting the restaurant, they initially agreed to redeliver the missing items. Unfortunately, they later informed me that they couldn't deliver the food or provide a refund since the order was placed through UberEats. I have already reached out to UberEats through the "Get Help" option on the app, but I have not yet received a response. As a result, I am seeking assistance from UberEats to arrange a refund for the undelivered items. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered Uber Eats last night, October 19, [redacted], and the service fee alone was nearly $17. After waiting 20 minutes for the food to arrive, the order was wrong. I specifically requested "No cheese" on my omelette, but it was filled with cheese. Additionally, my roommate's country-fried steak arrived without the gravy she was looking forward to. The Nutella and banana crepes had very little banana and Nutella as well. The total cost was close to $60 for this disappointing order. I am dissatisfied and request a refund.

If Uber Eats thinks a $5 discount is a reasonable compensation, they're mistaken. I waited for this order for 3 and a half hours. Technically, it's two orders because they canceled it once. I called customer service after waiting for an hour and a half, and I was told there were no available delivery people. The representative promised to fix it and said my order would be on the way soon, but I had to wait for another hour, receiving the same excuse. The representative even lied about my order being at McDonald's, causing more delays. After three and a half hours, Uber Eats canceled my order without even apologizing. I am frustrated because I was patient and understanding. I do not accept a $5 discount as an apology. If Uber Eats doesn't offer a suitable solution, I will delete the app and warn others not to use it. This experience has left me disappointed and feeling deceived.

I had a disappointing experience with an Uber Eats customer service manager named Robin around 2:30 am. Robin was unhelpful and rude when I asked for a refund for an undelivered order, which I've never encountered before. Despite the driver Crystal being helpful and reassuring about the refund, Robin initially agreed but then refused to provide it. I spent over $50 on food, only to be treated poorly by your representatives. I'm questioning if your customer service standards include treating customers poorly. It should be easily resolved as calls are recorded. I hope to hear from you soon regarding how this situation will be addressed, as I felt mistreated, lied to, and inferior. Thank you.

I recently interacted with a customer service representative named Robin regarding an order issue. Despite assurances from our driver about a refund, Robin initially resisted refunding me and put the blame on me for the mix-up. It was a frustrating experience dealing with her uncooperative attitude. She identified herself as a supervisor on duty around 2:30 am on Sunday, October 21st, United States Pacific Time. Dear Team, I regret to inform you that the customer service provided by UberEats is very poor. I contacted them three times, and each time I explained my issue, but they all hung up without offering any response or solution. I ordered biriyani from Rayalseema Ruchulu in Hyderabad, which is just 5 kilometers away from me. The delivery person called me to say he couldn't deliver the order because it was too far and asked me to cancel. I refused as UberEats should not accept orders they cannot fulfill. Despite this, they cancelled the order on my behalf, listing the reason as user cancellation and charged me for the next order. This was unfair as it was not my mistake. Today, I ordered from the same restaurant and received my delivery without any issues, showing that the problem lies with the delivery person. I reside in Bhopal and placed an order for dinner at Hotel Rajhans located in M.P. Nagar around 10 pm. The delivery was made by Mohammad, who exhibited rude and unethical behavior. He used vulgar language and showed a lack of manners towards me as a customer. Despite being close to my location as per Uber Eats tracking, he delayed the delivery intentionally. After a 15 to 20 minute wait, I received my parcel, but Mohammad continued to speak rudely, even resorting to threats of physical violence. This unacceptable conduct left me feeling upset and disappointed with the service provided.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent Ubereats order. I decided to order because of a free delivery promotion code on my account. Despite the code not working, I proceeded with my order from chilli flames Cardiff. The delivery time kept getting pushed back, and when the food arrived, it was all wet. The sweet potato fries, regular fries, and onion rings were soggy, and the "cheesy bites" I ordered came in a quantity far below what was advertised. This experience was truly unsatisfactory. My partner and I have ordered from Ubereats twice this month, spending a total of £22, but this last order has really let us down. We are hesitant to use the service again unless this issue is resolved.

I ordered food delivery recently and experienced a disappointing service. The delivery driver took a peculiar route to my location, resulting in my food arriving cold after a lengthy 48-minute delay. I am disappointed with the poor response from UberEats regarding my recent order. I ordered a cheese paratha from Paratha Box on 21-10-18, but received an onion paratha instead. Despite reaching out through their support system, I have not received any help. I even called Paratha Box directly on 22-10-18, but they are unwilling to refund me without UberEats contacting them about the issue. I have attached the receipt and conversation from the UberEats app. I am eager for a resolution and a refund for the incorrect order. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

Hello Team, I made an order for INR [redacted] from Nafees Indore restaurant on either the 1st or 2nd of October [redacted], but mistakenly chose the wrong delivery address. Consequently, I canceled the order immediately. However, the amount is still pending in my Uber Eats account, preventing me from placing any new orders. I ordered 2 chicken shawarmas, but received 2 shawarmas with vegetables instead. I received a refund of INR 60 from the total bill of INR 70. The next day, the same mistake happened with my order of 2 only chicken shawarmas. I received another 2 shawarmas with vegetables and french fries. I got a second refund of INR 60 from the total bill of INR 70. Following that, Uber Eats deducted INR 50 from my account, and I am unsure why. Considering the wrong orders and deductions, Uber Eats owes me INR 70, which should include the delivery fee not refunded for both orders. My orders were from Sultan Rolls and Sandwiches.
