I placed an order last night once I received the notification that the driver had picked up my food I tracked her. I saw that she was headed in the total opposite direction from my home so I called her she stayed to me that she had a personal matter to handle before delivering my food. It took her almost ** minutes to deliver my order. The restaurant I ordered from is a **** minute drive away. My food was ice cold. Then I contacted Uber eats and they basically told me they can't help me and that I needed to contact the restaurant. It was not the restaurants fault it was the drivers. I spent over $**.** with them and all I got was ice cold food I also explained to Uber that they could track my order and see the route that was taken and still nothing
