I placed order *B*** and immediately realized I had the wrong address and cancelled @*:** PM. At *:** PM I received an email that I was being charged for the order because the restaurant had started my order. I find this impossible since I cancelled the order immediately. When I called the support line I spoke to * individuals the last one being Earl. All of them telling me there is nothing they can do. My card was charged $*.** for product that was not delivered and I demand it be returned to my card. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life!!
