My delivery driver yesterday, James, was incredible rude to me through text messages after the delivery. He called me "cheap" and accused me of not paying for my food. I tried to complain through the app but just got a generic response telling me essentially to take it up with my driver. Which, of course, made me even more angry. I've used this app many times and have always loved the service. But the way I was treated yesterday, on top of the poor customer service, I'll probably never order again.**I want this issue resolved. I want some sort of action taken. The way I was treated is NOT OK. I'd also like to email the screen shots of the text messages to someone.
GetHuman-elysehec did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
