The issue in GetHuman-mavisqdi's own words
During my stay in Los Angeles, from ** Sept -** Sept, I ordered * meals from Uber Eat, the first * meals was being delivered with no problems. *At *:**pm, I ordered Uber eats again, I kept checking where is the driver and I know he will be arrived in * mins* I called hotel front desk and informed them I had a food delivery which will be arrived in * mins, told them to let the driver deliver the items to my room. I also did the same for my previous * orders*So after few mins, I received message from driver, he said he has arrived, so I told him I had already informed the front desk and they will allow him to come up , then I kept watching my movie . ** mins later, I received a call from the front desk, they said my food delivery is here and they will send the driver up. *So, the driver did approached the front desk.*After few mins, nobody knocked my door, so I looked at my phone and I saw the driver left me a message about the parking problem, but the message was sent before the hotel call me, so I replied him, “ I’m sorry I just read your message, but Hotel just told me you are here, they will allow you to come up. “ *After *-** mins, nobody knocked my door, and I checked Uber eat again, I was so shocked I saw my order has been cancelled. *So I called front desk, it was the same lady to pick up the phone, she said the guy approached the front desk and she called me to get my permission to send the guy up. And she also saw that the driver walked towards the elevator, I asked Hotel when was it, because my ordered has been cancelled. She said **mins ago. *There’s is no parking problem in this hotel, they have an area for the driver to park the car, visitors doesn’t need a key to access the elevator. Moreover, the guy has arrived and approached the front desk that means he parked the car with no problem. I don’t why he didn’t deliver my order and disappeared, it was late and I cannot order other delivery coz most of the restaurants are closed, please do follow up and do all possible to refund to me. *Many thanks*Mavis
