I recently ordered something from Uber eats , and I didn’t want it anymore so I canceled it after the fact that they started preparing. When I called Uber eats for my refund, someone told me the food was done and was getting ready to get picked up. But how was I able to cancel it if it was finished ? I didn’t wait long to cancel. And on top of that I’m paying for something I didn’t get. So I want a full refund including the cancellation fee.
GetHuman1222013 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
