My fiance and I ordered panda express last night and it said that the wait was **-** mins but it took nearly * hours just for our food to arrive after sending me a message saying it was on its way. Well we called the uber eats delivery guy who was rude and disrespectful and everytime we called he would be rude and then hang up. The last time I called it sounded like he had picked up a couple passengers because I could hear them in the background laughing and talking. So by the time he got done picking up people he finally delivered our food which was really cold like it had been sitting in the fridge overnight so we had to heat it up. I was not happy at all. If possible I would like a refund. It was the first time I had ordered ubereats delivery and I probably won't be using it again because like I said I was not very happy getting my food * hours later and then when I do get it, I'm being disrespected and laughed at about the whole situation. This delivery guy was not professional at all. I work in a fast food place and no matter what day your having, you are supposed to be professional and treat customers with respect, which this guy was not. I'm sorry for the complaint or if I have caused any issues with this but when I order food online I would like to be treated with respect by the delivery person instead of being disrespected and laughed at. Again I'm sorry and if there is anyway possible could I please get a refund. Thankyou.
