On ******* we placed an order at *:**pm. The notification we got soon after was an estimate delivery time which was *:**pm. Around *:** or so, this time was pushed back to *:**pm.. at *:**pm the order was pushed back to *:**pm.. No one tried to contact us to let us know of the issue or that this order would take so long. Our driver arrived at *:**pm which not only was ridiculous but the food was cold and they had messed up one of the orders. It was embarrassing and insulting considering we had guests that evening. This is not our first ubereats order and we have not had problems in the past however what happened last Friday was unacceptable. I am requesting a refund.
