Hi Team,**I have placed an order ***C** for which the status is displayed as preparing from past * hour with no confirmation from app or the restaurant which doesn't give a clear status on the order or nexts steps. Also the contact restaurant option does not work on the app and chat support is not available as well which leaves the users with no other option than to stare at the app displaying the same status. I would want to know the exact status of it as well the options to contact.
GetHuman-anehasri did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
