I recently ordered a pizza from Tessio with a note specifying no bacon as I am a vegetarian. Unfortunately, this is the second time my pizza has arrived with meat toppings. I contacted Uber Eats for assistance, but an automated message informed me they were updating their system and couldn't provide support at the moment. Additionally, there was a previous issue when I ordered doughnut holes from Fraiche Cup for my office on the *th floor. Despite requesting the driver to come upstairs due to poor signal in my office, the driver did not fulfill the request. I had to reorder the food, and it seems unfair that the driver was still compensated for the undelivered order. I am hoping for a refund for both the incorrect pizza order from Tessio and the undelivered doughnut holes and coffee from Fraiche Cup.

I placed an order this evening at 7:06 PM, anticipating a 20-30 minute delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery driver made another stop despite the restaurant being merely a mile away. The estimated time kept getting pushed back, and when I finally got my food at 8:05 PM, it was not in good condition. Some items were lukewarm, while frozen ones had melted. The delivery driver's GPS showed them to be far from my location, even though the initial delivery time had passed. To top it all off, the driver simply handed over my food and left after mentioning difficulty seeing in the dark. Calling the restaurant confirmed my order had been picked up some time ago. If I had known about these delays and the poor state of the food, I would have preferred to pick it up myself. This has been my worst experience with Ubereats, and I believe I shouldn't be charged for food that arrived in such an unsatisfactory condition.

When leaving work later than desired, I consistently face issues with my orders from Sonics on North Galloway and Broadway Blvd in Mesquite, TX. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes, my orders are always canceled, and the store's customer service is unhelpful when contacted. I find this situation unfair as I pay for the food and experience unnecessary delays. It's frustrating to pay additional fees due to limited drivers and still encounter cancellations. This recurring problem needs to be resolved promptly by implementing a more efficient system or establishing a policy to cease deliveries if a certain timeframe is exceeded. My friends have stopped using the app because of similar experiences, but I continue out of necessity after long shifts. I hope this feedback helps improve the service and prevents such incidents in the future.

Hello! I recently made a purchase from a company called 'sugar and coal' for a nutella cheesecake and butterfly coconut shrimp. However, there was a mistake in my order, as I received 2 butterfly coconut shrimp instead of just 1. When I contacted the restaurant, they directed me to reach out to Uber Eats for assistance. Despite the inconvenience, I managed to locate Uber Eats' contact information and explained the issue. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the situation promptly, stating that the restaurant had already prepared 2 shrimp dishes. This has been quite frustrating as I only wanted 1 item and do not wish to be charged for the extra shrimp. I hope this can be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you.

I ordered $34.00 worth of food from a restaurant, but when the delivery arrived, they did not bring the 4 McFlurrys I ordered. After unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I went to the restaurant where they explained their ice machine had been broken for over 3 weeks but still charged me. The blame game between the restaurant and the delivery service left me frustrated about losing money due to their irresponsibility. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order from iHop in Lilburn. Several items were missing, damaged, or incorrect. I specifically ordered tres leches pancakes but received plain pancakes with whipped cream instead. A whole kids meal was left out, and the overall service was poor. The delivery driver was delayed, and upon arrival, the food was dropped, resulting in further damage to my order. I'm requesting a full refund and a credit for the incorrect items I received. I placed an order on Uber Eats last night from Pho Saigon Pearl, but when I confirmed the order, I received an "internal service error" message multiple times. I didn't receive any confirmation email and decided to order from another service. Surprisingly, Uber Eats delivered the food 40 minutes later, causing me to pay for two identical orders. I ordered food from Pizzeria-Due-Wabash Location last night. I tracked my order, but it was suddenly canceled two minutes before arriving, even though the restaurant confirmed it was picked up. I called, and they assured me it was ready. I was never contacted by the driver, who claimed I was not reachable. I was looking forward to some Deep Dish Pizza, Wings, and a Salad. Thank you. I placed an order on Uber Eats yesterday, September 24th, with a total bill of RS [redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties contacting the delivery driver upon arrival. Due to network issues from nearby repair work, communication was challenging. Despite my efforts to locate the driver, the security guard informed me of his departure within a short timeframe of 4-5 minutes. Hello, I placed an order today, September 25, [redacted], with Five Guys restaurant in New Haven, CT. The delivery driver took a very long time to reach our building. When he finally approached, we tried to contact him as he seemed lost but received no response. After searching for his BMW 3-Series, as indicated in the app, for about 10-15 minutes without success, my co-worker spotted him chatting with a landscaper outside, ignoring our attempts to reach him. It was quite frustrating waiting outside in the rain. Moreover, he was driving a small Mitsubishi car, not a BMW 3-Series as listed. The food arrived late and lukewarm. I placed an order at McDonald's around 10:50 pm with an estimated delivery time of 11:14 pm, but it didn't arrive until 11:27 pm. The delivery person claimed to be on a bike but arrived in a car, which confused me as Jarry Street is easily accessible. When I received my order (a double Filet-O-Fish), I found out it was a regular one, yet I was charged $9.59 for the double version. They also didn't have the oven-baked pies I wanted, only providing one instead of two, and I was offered a muffin as a substitute without considering other options. Overall, my order was disappointing, and I was looking forward to a good meal, but it fell short. Even the poutine was lacking in sauce, turning out to be just fries with cheese.

Subsequent calls led me to a more helpful representative named Marco, who transferred me to Josh, supposedly a supervisor. Unfortunately, Josh was unhelpful and dismissive, offering minimal assistance or information. Despite my efforts to address the situation, I only received a call reference number ([redacted]16) and no further resolution. I am deeply upset by the lack of customer service provided and the inability to receive my order, especially considering my circumstances. I had a disappointing experience with UberEats twice. The first time, our delivery was delayed as the driver got lost and claimed not to have our address. The second time, I pre-scheduled the order two hours in advance, but the delivery person wasn't available, and I had to contact customer service. The customer service rep couldn't provide an email for complaints and mistakenly informed me that Stephanie was picking up the order when she was not yet at the store. Despite the delay, Stephanie handled the delivery well. The food, however, wasn't fresh, being made at 5:40 pm but picked up an hour later. I requested a promo code for the inconvenience from the unhelpful customer service agent, who failed to assist me in that regard as well. I hope for a better experience next time and would appreciate a decent promo code for my future orders.

On May 25, [redacted], I made a purchase on Ubereats for $53.83. Initially, the transaction went through smoothly. However, months later, I started getting collection calls for the same amount. It appears that after the initial payment was made, it got returned to my bank account by Uber for unknown reasons. I have given authorization for the payment to be taken again, but despite trying on the app and desktop, the transaction is not going through. I want to settle this payment before it escalates further, as this is my only debit card ending in [redacted]. I seek your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I placed an order at 12:50 PM from a McDonald’s just two blocks away, with a promised delivery time of 1:05 PM. By 1:33 PM, I hadn't received my order, and found out the driver was lost, just one block from me. Despite trying to provide directions, he disregarded me and asked someone on the street. My order only arrived at 1:47 PM, with the ice in my drink melted, the ice cream for my nephew ruined, and the fried chicken sandwich soggy. What frustrated me the most was the driver not calling to update me about the delay, and ignoring my directions for a stranger's help. When I confronted him, he claimed not to understand English. Requesting a refund for the frustrating wait and poor service.

I am disappointed with my recent Panda Express order through Uber Eats. The delivery took nearly two hours instead of the stated 30-40 minutes. The Uber Eats driver was rude and disrespectful on the phone, even hanging up on us. I suspected he had picked up other passengers as I could hear people in the background. When the food finally arrived, it was cold as if it had been sitting out for a long time. I had to reheat it before eating. This experience was frustrating, and I am requesting a refund. I interacted with four individuals - Sam, Mars, Precious, and Henry, regarding my undelivered order which the app falsely claimed was delivered. Even after a frustrating conversation, I eventually received a refund for the payment made for the undelivered food. However, with a decade of experience in customer service, I believe this resolution is inadequate to ensure customer satisfaction. Kindly provide me with a corporate contact or someone to address the poor customer service experience I encountered. The employees only refunded my money without going above and beyond. I am seeking further compensation due to the extensive delay of over 2 hours in food delivery and the additional hour spent on the phone trying to resolve the issue before being able to reorder my meal.

I encountered several issues recently with my UberEats orders. Initially, I had trouble at a McDonald's where they could not fulfill my order. After calling support, I was redirected to another UberEats support line, where I waited on hold unsuccessfully. The number I was given was out of service, as I found out upon my immediate attempt to call back. Subsequently, I managed to resolve the issue with the first support number. Shortly after, I faced a similar situation at another McDonald's location. Once again, they were unable to fulfill my order. Upon contacting support, I was transferred to the UberEats support line, despite my earlier complaint about the number being nonfunctional. This time, I had to endure a 20-minute hold before the call unexpectedly dropped. It was frustrating being transferred to a number I had already confirmed was not operational after clearly stating it during the call.
