My last order was neglected and damage by the uber driver. He left the order at different location but lucky I was able to locate it. By then it was too late the food was bad, damage, and handle with carelessness. Yes, I have receive the refund for the order. But I wish the drive notify and aware of their terrible mistake and I hope this doesn't happen again to me or to any other customer that might receive service by this person. I am very afraid to use the app again and this happening again. And I really love the job you guys provide. So what can you guys do to help me continue your awesome service without it hurting me?? Please.
