** minutes after I placed an order the restaurant called me to tell me they can't fulfill the order. I ordered a large and they didn't have large containers but "this wasn't their fault it was their shippers fault". If that was the case then it should have been marked as sold out on the app. Her suggestion was to put it in a small container and put lots of toppings. The size difference is significant so getting charged for a large and getting a small wasn't exactly a good option. They called me when the order was supposed to be delivered. I had to cancel the order but if I had to place another order, I was looking at another hour for something. The restaurant was telling me that they had so many uber orders and were very busy. I'm not really sure why that is supposed to be my problem. I was very disappointed and customer service sent apologies. Not really sure how that's supposed to solve anything. I would like a discount on my next order. I didn't eat dinner last night because of this. I came back from a trip and didn't have time to do anything but order. Had they called me right away I would have been fine with it but to call ** minutes after the order was placed when the app advised the order would be delivered at the time they called me doesn't make sense and is frustrating. Thank You.
