One of the first times I used uber eats it made me wait and hour and a half to cancel my order. *The next time I ordered I was missing food. I was told that they would put the credit on my account and it was not there. *I accidentally placed an order, a friend told me she would drive so before I placed the order I went to back up the order so I wouldnt place it. I accidentally hit the place order button. I tried to cancel it before the restaurant accepts it. *As it says in the app you can cancel before the restaurant cancels the order, but there was no opportunity.*I called to cancel it and they said they would charge me and not send me food. *This is by far the worste delivery service ever.*They have cancelled orders on me other times as well, but when I accidentally place an order they cannot cancel it?*That is absolutely rediculous.
