Details Sharing: Hello, due to my busy schedule, I couldn't leave a negative review earlier. I am puzzled by a $25 charge when my McDonald's order was only $9. I was trying to feed my daughter, but the food arrived heavily cold, almost frozen. The delivery took an unacceptable 3 hours, causing my child to go hungry. Adding to the inconvenience, my food was left outside on the ground, despite the notification that it was delivered. I request a prompt refund or contact information for the corporate office. I remained in my living room throughout, ensuring no missed delivery attempts. Thank you.

Dear Sirs, I am Ricardo Casado, the General Manager of Yogurt4You. We have been trying to set up our account on Uber Eats for over a week now, and unfortunately, there have been numerous errors that need urgent attention. Our company, with multiple locations, signed an agreement with Uber Eats through our CEO Marcos Gamez and Elizabeth Meyerdirck. The restaurant name is Yogurt4You - Palmpiramyde Services LLC situated at [redacted] Brickell Bay Dr. Unit 3CL30, Miami, Florida, [redacted], USA, with the email [redacted] provided. Despite Uber Eats sending a photographer on 08/13/[redacted] to capture our products, setting up the tablet on 08/14/[redacted], and receiving instructions on 08/20/[redacted], we faced continuous issues with login and account setup. After contacting customer service, a new login account, invflosun+[redacted], was created by Terry to get the tablet working, but the information displayed is incorrect. We have been promised resolution by local restaurant managers within 24 hours multiple times but have not received help for four weeks. It is extremely frustrating that the system does not allow us to edit our menu and the current state is affecting our reputation. Despite sending documentation and making multiple calls to customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Your immediate attention to rectify these problems would be greatly appreciated. I experienced a delay with my order number EC65E and waited over an hour for my food. Despite checking the tracking information in the app frequently, I never received a notification that the order was on the way. When the delivery person allegedly tried to contact me and claimed to be outside, I attempted to reach her to no avail. Upon contacting customer service, I was met with repeated apologies but am insistent on either receiving the order or a refund due to the app's failure and/or the driver's actions. I live on the first floor and would have heard any attempts to contact me via the intercom. Kindly resolve this matter by issuing a refund or UberEats Credit.

I recently ordered two sandwiches but only received one. The sandwich I did get was labeled as a large for $6, which was not charged properly. I ended up having to make my own french fries to complete the meal. The staff, particularly at the South Main location, were extremely rude. They hung up on me, refused to let me speak to a manager, and were dismissive when I requested their contact number. This whole experience has left me feeling disheartened, as I wanted to support your business but now feel hesitant to do so in the future.

I contacted UberEats about my incomplete order and unauthorized charge. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude when I called the restaurant. I was simply trying to resolve the issue politely. I asked for a manager, but they hung up on me twice and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. I ordered two sandwiches but didn't receive them. I just want my refund and for the rude employee to maybe take a break or a nap. Customer service shouldn't be handled that way. Good night.

I don’t have a problem. I tipped the delivery person for my food and would like to give positive feedback. They delivered my food respectfully, before the estimated time, and well packaged. Even though I was supposed to get it, they brought it to my doorsteps. When I was adding my comment, the app closed, and I couldn't go back. Could you please pass on my message? I’m Breia, the delivery person was Alice. My order number is 9554E. I want her to know I appreciated it. It's rare to find such caring people.

Hello, my name is Starr Samuels. I contacted Uber Eats support, but I was dissatisfied with the response I received. The representative informed me that there was nothing she could do to help me. I had two main issues. Firstly, I canceled an order within 2 minutes but was still charged for it. The representative mentioned that I was charged because the restaurant had already started preparing the order, despite no driver picking it up. Secondly, in my subsequent order, the food arrived cold with undercooked burgers and overcooked nuggets. The response I got was that Uber Eats was not at fault, and I should be more cautious about where I place orders. I felt unappreciated and poorly treated during the interaction. If a full refund is not possible, I would appreciate a partial refund.

I placed an order on Uber Eats for Greenville Avenue Pizza Company for delivery between 5-5:30pm. However, I received a text message at 5:24pm stating my order may be canceled as the driver couldn't reach me. I tried calling the driver, Derek, but received a message that he wasn't accepting calls. After several failed attempts, I contacted UberEats, but couldn't reach anyone. The restaurant confirmed my order was canceled, but Uber didn't provide any information about the driver. Now, I see conflicting information on my account regarding the charge for the order. I'm concerned about the payment issue and the inability to contact the driver while being notified that he tried to reach me.

I recently ordered Kennedy Fried Chicken via the Uber Eats app, totaling $62.46. Despite monitoring the delivery progress closely, the driver, Jerson, had difficulty finding my location. Upon rushing to get the money, I missed the driver's call, and he left, ultimately canceling the order. Subsequently, I contacted Kennedy Fried Chicken, who couldn't assist, and Uber Eats, who only offered to refund the initial order for me to reorder. I complied, but the refund for the original order hasn't been processed yet. I am hoping for a resolution to receive my money back.

I placed order number EC**E and patiently waited for over an hour for my food. Despite the high volume of orders, I understand delays can happen. I kept refreshing the tracking information as it was past the expected delivery time. I never received a notification that the order was on the way. Later, I received a message that the delivery person was outside trying to reach me. Despite going outside, calling, and messaging her, I couldn't get in touch. When contacting customer service, they apologized, but I believe there was an issue with the app or the driver. I just want my food or a refund, even in UberEats Credit. Could you please assist me with this, or provide an order of mac and cheese from my local Hopcat instead.

My driver arrived with my food 40 minutes late. She explained that she had been given two orders, the first from the restaurant and mine, causing a delay in delivery prompting her for address details. This coincided with my app continuously pushing back the delivery time without explanation. After calling the restaurant, I discovered they offered free delivery and my food should have arrived sooner. Despite being told it should be free, I still want to tip the driver without causing any issues. The driver mentioned she attempted to resolve this matter with someone but I haven't been successful in reaching them. I would like to address this situation as I received cold and soggy food due to the delay. I am a regular UberEATS user and I hope to prevent this from happening again in the future. I have encountered ongoing issues with Uber Eats that remain unresolved despite repeated attempts to address them. Despite spending approximately $1,[redacted] monthly on Uber services, recent incidents have led me to cease using the platform due to inadequate assistance. I provided photographic evidence and immediate feedback to both the restaurant and Uber Eats following two separate incidents, but responses offered no resolution, leaving me dissatisfied. During an order from McDonald's on August 25th, [redacted] at 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time), I received the wrong bill entirely and received no constructive feedback from either the restaurant or Uber Eats. Additionally, during an order from Papa Nikki's Pizza, which took nearly three hours to arrive and was cold, I was unable to reheat the meal due to my post-surgery physical limitations. I am seeking a refund back to my credit card for the undelivered or inedible items, or alternatively, a partial credit to acknowledge the inconvenience. Until a satisfactory resolution is reached, I will refrain from using Uber services, opting for alternatives like taxis and Grubhub. Despite this setback, I am hopeful that a resolution can be achieved to restore my confidence in the service. I have previously requested a refund or partial credit for the impacted orders. I ordered a buttermilk pancake combo with coffee (cream and sugar added) from Village Inn. The delivery driver was fast and friendly, but my order was incorrect - I received syrup, boiled eggs, English muffins with ham and gravy, a beef sandwich, and mashed potatoes instead. My coffee arrived without the cream and sugar I requested. When I contacted the restaurant, they claimed it was an Uber issue and directed me to reach out to customer service. I'm disappointed that I spent $25 on the wrong order and didn't get what I paid for. ☹️

Hello, I encountered an issue with my recent order from Ubereats on September 11th at 7:55pm. The delivery was marked as completed at 8:34pm, but I never received it. Despite trying to reach out to the driver, Miriam, via the restaurant, there was no response. I also attempted to contact the driver directly but received no answer. Desperate for a resolution, I left a voicemail and two complaints on the app, unfortunately with no reply. Seeking a refund for the $43 and some change spent, I dialed the customer service number, only to discover it was out of service. Feeling frustrated and deceived by this experience. I ordered from a teriyaki restaurant, and there has been a delay of an hour and a half in finding a driver. I am concerned that my food will arrive cold. Customer support was unhelpful over the phone, providing me a different number to call and taking me through two phone transfers before reaching someone who could assist me. I inquired about picking up the order but was told it was not possible; if I wanted to cancel, I would need to pay at the restaurant. I decided not to cancel to support the restaurant, despite the inconvenience caused by Uber's policies. I usually spend close to $[redacted] a week on UberEats, but after this incident, I will switch to DoorDash for their better customer service. DoorDash offered me a full refund and a free meal for the delay, which I appreciated. Uber's customer support team was more unhelpful and rude in comparison. I value a company that treats its customers well.

I had difficulties placing an order on your app (from Applebee’s Riverdale). Even after changing my payment information as prompted by an error message, I was charged twice for the same order. Additionally, the driver who delivered my food did not match the picture provided. When I tried contacting customer service, they mentioned technical issues and couldn't assist due to privacy concerns. Frustratingly, I was unable to get a refund or resolution on the phone. I am reaching out via email, as advised by the representative, to request a full refund promptly. This has been a highly disappointing experience and I hope to have it resolved soon.

I placed an order with Popeyes, and unfortunately, my food never arrived. Despite contacting Popeyes and being informed they couldn't reach the driver who was supposed to deliver my order, I was told the driver possibly handed my food to someone else while handling two orders. I took the step of submitting a complaint through the UberEats app to pursue a refund due to not receiving my food and being charged unfairly. I responded twice to their email inquiries clarifying that I did not receive my food, yet I keep receiving similar messages asking for more details. Undoubtedly frustrated as a hungry customer, I want a refund for the undelivered food as I didn't even receive a replacement. I am seeking a refund as I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FOOD.

Despite waiting for an extended period, with the estimated time repeatedly increasing by 5 minutes, my food never arrived. I am requesting a refund for my recent order from Fatburger. Despite speaking to a restaurant employee to clarify my order, it still arrived incorrect. I received a burger with only onions, a cold 3XL burger instead of the XXL I ordered, and a burger with cheese when I specifically asked for no cheese. None of the condiments I requested were included either. This experience is unacceptable, especially considering I am lactose intolerant. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I ordered food from Fatburger via the app and spoke with a restaurant employee to confirm my order, yet it arrived completely wrong. One burger had only onions, another was the wrong size and cold, and a third had cheese despite my request for no cheese. Additionally, my requested condiments were missing. I specifically informed the employee about my preferences, even specifying notes, but none of it was taken into account. As someone who is lactose intolerant, finding cheese on my burger was not only disappointing but also a health risk. I am requesting a full refund for this unacceptable experience.
