I was trying to place an order on your app (from Applebee’s Riverdale)and it gave me an error message. I figured there was something wrong with my card so I switched my payment info delete everything and tried again and suggested in the error message. That seemed to have worked. My food arrives and the driver does not look like who’s pictured. I then get a call from another driver telling me that my food has arrived. I told him the first order did not go through that’s why it was attempted again. I look and noticed that both cards were charged. I try calling you guys and representatives come on the line to say they’re having technical issues and cannot provide personal information. Like WTF really...I couldn’t even get * word out. Here I am out of $** basically and you can’t help. I’m emailing because that was what was suggested when the rep picked up. I would like a full refund. Please contact me ASAP. This is by far tee worse experience I’ve had with you guys
