For whatever reason my suite * was not on my order. By the time I was able to make it down to the lobby to meet the driver, they had already left. I do not blame the driver it was probably ** mins before I got downstairs. I want a refund.*If you would like me to continue using ubereats.com then put my suite numbers on my orders. This was not the first time I had to go down stairs to get my food. Very rarely is my suite number on my order.
GetHuman-emelone did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
