Today I ordered from UberEats and was expecting to get my food in ** minutes. The driver went to a completely different location than the one listed (the top of the apartment complex instead of the bottom). The app said that he tried to contact me, however I received no phone call. I tried to call the driver multiple times as well as instant message him. No answer and no response even though the message said read. My order was cancelled with no refund. I called customer service and received mediocre assistance, and the response was that I should just “reorder if I still wanted food”. I am beyond frustrated, hungry, and disappointed.
GetHuman1039879 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
