I called Sonic and they denied the ability to address my situation without “free food”. They also denied any accountability of the quality of food, which was dried and over cooked. I expressed that Uber wasnt responisible for the quality of food but the delivery. The employee “Johnny” requested that the only way to address my problem was to accept free food or contact Uber Eats. I will kindly request a full refund on this order ***D** based on the quality from the restaurant rather than a delivery issue. I refuse to order from this establishment again. There is a Sonic closer to me which is not an Uber affiliate.
