The issue in GetHuman-jlball's own words
I ordered from McDonald’s in Lexington, KY. My order said it would deliver by *:**AM. * minutes after placing my order, McDonald’s contacted me and said they aren’t doing Ubereats right now and they apologized. I said okay and figured my order would be cancelled. About ** minutes later, I received a notification that my food had been picked up. So, I just figured there was some confusion. I then received another notification that my food was almost at my house. My delivery driver was a woman named Ebony in a Chevy Malibu. I went down stairs to meet Ebony at my door and poof! The map went away and said my food was delivered. However, my food was NOT delivered and I was charged for the meal. I would like a refund.

GetHuman-jlball did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
