The first time I used Ubereats everything was perfect. Today was only my second time to use Uber eats and I was very disappointed. I am a kindergarten teacher and I placed an order for my teammates and myself. Immediately after placing the order at around **:**, I realized that I neglected to enter that I wanted to receive the order during our planning time at **:**. I called the restaurant and they said that they would have the order ready at **:**, but that I should also contact Ubereats. I couldn’t find a contact number on your app, but I was able to quickly loacate and call a number after googling it. I spoke with a representative and he placed me on hold and assured me that my order would arrive at **:**. He contacted the restaurant again and scheduled a pick up. At about **:**, I went to our front office to pick up the order. There was nothing there, so I called the customer service number again. I was told that the delivery driver canceled my order! WHAT?! So, because of the cancellation (NOT BY ME) the entire kindergarten team, did not eat all day. We have a limited time to eat lunch and after that we have no time to eat. Why was my order cancelled? When I called to see where our food was, why was my order not immediately picked up and delivered to me? Why is a delivery driver able to cancel my order? Why wasn’t I contacted regarding the cancellation or PREFERABLY prior to the cancellation? How can I use your service again and trust that the same THING won’t happen again? Why does your company not try to make things right for the customer after realizing the error? As I teach my kindergarten students, saying sorry doesn’t always just fix the problem and THAT was all the customer service rep. did when I spoke with her. **Anna Bock *Katy, Texas ****-***-****
