I deleted my Uber eats app tonight..**I placed and order (as I do a few times each week), and it went to the wrong address. Can you believe Postmates automatically updates your current address, apparently Uber eats uses the last entered address. *I placed order , old address was in your app (I travel nightly for work).. I noticed the error within a few seconds and call Uber eats, they still insisted on charging me for an order I couldn’t receive and the agent tried to explain that I should know to change my address. I deleted the app, and will never use Uber eats again. Alll my friends will hear of this poor service. I will dispute the charge with my bank and not pay. Is this worth losing a customer that orders *-* nights weekly? You’re app is inferior to postmates, when I order for them, it auto updates my current address so there is no chance this type of mistake happens... why is postmates ahead of Uber? **Well, I don’t care, as I’m not using ur app again!! *I will be forwarding this email to your CEO. **If you think customers should be treated this way or taken for granted, then I look forward to your demise, as you will not survive long term with this horrible service. **You all need training in how to take care of customers. Shame on Uber eats.**I’m for sure never spending another dime with you! You have lost a very good customer!! **Mike
