Hi Im a uber eats delivery driver and I drop food off to a customer that would not come to door or open when front desk called. I spoke with her briefly before I arrived to get her room number. I left the food at the room number she gave me which was room ***. I drove kinda far to get the food and deliver. I also wanted and knocked at her door for ** mins. I did not know what else to do if she dis not answer her phobe and would not open the door. I do not feel that it is fair to have all my fare taken away whwn I wasted a lot of time outsode her room door and drove to get the food. Call respond ***-***-****

The fare was originally taken back. After I reached out and explained the situation the rep give me pointers on how to better ha dle a situation like the one I encountered and actually gave me back the fare.
