I spoke with a customer representative because my delivery time changed * times. The representative told me that I will still be charged even if I cancel it. She had no idea how to answer my questions. She spoke the bare minimum of English. I asked her to transfer me over to her manager and she did. The gentleman’s name was Raf. He could not answer my questions either. I asked him what the estimated time frame was for the driver and he told me that he could not disclose this information. He kept telling me that the estimated time for my delivery was *:**. He did not grasp the concept that my delivery time was changed three times. It was *:**, then *:**, and then *:**. He insisted on telling me that I will still be charged if I canceled the order. I don’t understand why I would be charged if you guys are the ones failing to get my food to me on time. Terrible customer service.
