I ordered delivery a few months ago from my local McDonald’s through Uber Eats app. I’m not sure if the food sat at McDonald’s for too long or with the driver for too long but either way I got horribly sick from the food. I contacted mcdonalds who told me to contact uber. I sent a message through the help line on uber eats app and never received a response from them at all. I’m not looking for free food at all in fact I don’t know if I trust what uber drivers do with your food once they have it. All I wanted was uber to acknowledge my complaint but I never heard a word from them FROM INSIDE THEIR APP!! I have since deleted the account. Funny I now walk to this McDonald’s and have never gotten sick since. Thanks for nothing uber!!!
