Hello, I ordered McDonald's from my app this morning and didn't realize that I had my home address in instead of my work address. I spoke to the Uber driver and asked if I should cancel the order since I still had the (*) five minuets to cancel. I was told no and that they would come with my food to where I was. I sent my current address to the number that the Uber driver called me from. About (**) ten minuets later I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. I feel as though a refund should be given in this case because I did and was very willing to cancel and reorder so that this would not happen. I and the company that I work for use your services often and we would love to keep doing so. If this can be resolved, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
