I made an order, order arrived, no complaints, paid, three days later, amount was refunded, and now there is an outstanding balance on he app. **Spoke to customer service, they said the first time it will clear up in three days. *** days later, they said I have to pay it. **First of all, it is your fault amount was refunded, your decision and choice.**Why was amount refunded? *I can no longer use the app. So switched to Lyft, and Just eat respectively. **If you would like to continue doing business, clear this up immediately as it is your fault and your responsibility. **After this attempt, and if it fails to solve the situation, I will honesty say I am no longer interested in using and promoting Uber, **The call is in your court...
