The issue in GetHuman1005185's own words
My order got Routed to a different address i have never used, i got a call from the driver asking me where i was at and when i told her she caught an attitude and said she isnt moving Until i call In and give them the correct address because then she wouldn’t get paid for her mileage, when i tried to tell her i don’t know how it got routed there, she cut me off and said well call them now because I’m not moving. At this point i dont even want it because of the attitude and lack of customer service, so i proceed to call in and speak with someone to cancel my order and i explained why, she wanted me to verify my address. I didn’t understand what she was saying but when she came back on she tells me that she’s sending the driver to me now with the food. I explained i didn’t want it because of the conversation i had with the driver and she tells me then i will be charged for the cancelled order. There was nothing else, although i explained my reasoning, that she could do. So i ask for a manager his name was Luis and he was by far the rudest person i have ever encountered in customer service. When i explained everything to him his only comment was that i placed the order i should know where i sent the food, i explained to this gentleman i order everyday from you guys my meals are over **.**, have i ever sent a meal to that address, his reply was “ i don’t know you are the one placing the order” of course i lost my cool, I work in Customer service i would never talk to a customer like that because i would lose my job. His attitude and tone were not customer friendly he threatened to end my call because i asked for his manager. I hung up on him went out to your driver and declined the food, her reply was for real so i drove all the way over here for nothing, she told me to drive over here. I told her i don’t know why and that i cancelled the order, as she waking out she states to my co worker, that ***** has an attitude. That’s the kind of people you have representing your brand to customers like me and my coworkers. I declined the food and would like a FULL refund.
