I wanted to share that it took us over 2 hours to receive our food. The restaurant confirmed the order at 9:28am and had it out for delivery at 10:17am. Despite the restaurant's efforts, there were multiple delays, and the driver couldn't locate our building, leading to a delayed delivery time of 11:30am instead of 10:28am. The driver's communication was poor, and we couldn't understand him well, which caused further frustration. The food arrived cold, affecting some items like dairy products that were no longer edible. This experience was disappointing and frustrating, especially since we are regular users of UberEats and have never encountered such poor service. We hope for a resolution to this matter.

Hello, I am Adam T. and I have been attempting to register as an Uber driver for a while now. The process has been quite frustrating. Despite completing the initial information and being informed that my background check is in progress, it has been over a month without any updates. The Driver app keeps directing me to a page indicating my background check is done but without any additional details. When I try to access my account on the website, I have to change my login information each time, and it informs me that I am on a waitlist. I am eager to join Uber as a driver and potentially with Uber Eats. Hearing positive feedback from friends who are drivers has increased my interest. I hope to receive a prompt response. I'm uncertain if this is the right contact email but felt compelled to reach out.

After I placed my order, I contacted customer service to cancel it or remove an extra meal. Despite providing my details, the representative seemed confused and took over 6 minutes to try and reach the restaurant. While on hold, the restaurant called about an unavailable drink. I clarified I only wanted one meal, not two. The restaurant redirected me back to UberEats. When the representative returned, they couldn't cancel the order because the restaurant had already accepted it. I was frustrated as this could have been avoided if they had acted promptly. Despite my efforts, the representative suggested I should have canceled earlier. I called again and spoke to another representative, who couldn't help as the order had been delivered. It's disappointing that I was charged for something I didn't want, all due to inefficient responses. The extra meal remains untouched since this occurred last night.

I had a concerning experience with a delivery driver today. When the driver called me about my order being routed to an incorrect address I had never used before, she was quite rude stating she wouldn't move until I fixed the address. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, she insisted I call customer service. Upon speaking to the representative, I requested to cancel the order due to the driver's behavior, but she ended up sending the driver with the food anyway. When I declined the delivery, the representative said I would still be charged. I escalated the issue to a manager named Luis who was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. After a frustrating exchange, I declined the order and would like a full refund for this unpleasant experience.

I ordered two 5-piece tender meals from Popeyes, but unfortunately, the entire order was incorrect. When the delivery driver arrived, I inquired about the missing drinks, and she explained that they were not provided to her due to laziness from the workers. Upon inspection, I discovered that both meals were lacking biscuits, one was missing the sides, one contained only 2 tenders, while the other box had 3, falling short of the 10 we ordered. Additionally, the 4 sauces we selected were missing. Given the incomplete order, insufficient food, and missing items, I chose not to consume the food. I am seeking a full refund of $27.65 as I did not receive any of the items I had ordered. I attempted to resolve this through the app, but only received a $1 refund, which is inadequate considering the magnitude of the order discrepancies.

I placed an order, it was delivered without issues, paid for it, then the payment was refunded after three days, and now there is a remaining balance on the app. I contacted customer service and was informed initially that it would be resolved in three days. However, two days later, they requested payment. My main concern is why the refund was issued in the first place. I have already switched to using Lyft and a different food delivery service. To continue our business relationship, please address this matter promptly as it was due to your error and it is your responsibility. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to discontinue using and supporting Uber. The next move is up to you.

I had a challenging experience with a food delivery to my apartment. Despite providing clear instructions in the address notes for my apartment, the delivery person had difficulty finding my location and had to call me. Unfortunately, the call was hard to hear due to a baby crying in the background. After a delay, she arrived at the gate and I offered to meet her downstairs to guide her in. The delivery person mentioned being in a white dodge instead of the expected Jeep Patriot, which raised some concerns regarding the accuracy of the information provided. When she finally arrived, she seemed distracted by a phone call and taking care of her baby, making the whole interaction feel unprofessional. Overall, the situation left me feeling uneasy about receiving food from a stranger's car under those circumstances.

I placed an order at 7:13. Initially, the delivery time was 7:45, but it kept getting delayed until 8:30. A representative from the restaurant called to ask if I wanted to cancel. I decided to keep the order, but then received a notification saying it was canceled. After calling, they claimed the "system was down" and gave various excuses. It seemed they were reluctant to fulfill the order due to its size. I am disappointed with the service and had higher expectations from this restaurant partnered with UberEats. As of now, it's 8:30, I have not received my order, and I've been waiting for almost an hour and a half.

I work at the McDonald's near Kmart on West Washington and I would like to address the behavior of your drivers who come in after midnight as we close at that time. I have encountered inappropriate language from some of them, especially towards women like myself. I have been called offensive names, and I want this to stop. I had a negative incident with a redhead recently, and tonight a gentleman was disrespectful as well. I have been informed that if such behavior occurs again, they will be banned from the premises. Please speak to your drivers about this issue as I value your business but cannot tolerate mistreatment of staff. Thank you.

Hello, this morning I placed an order on the McDonald's app, but mistakenly used my home address instead of my work address. I contacted the Uber driver, who advised me not to cancel the order but to wait for the delivery at my current location. Despite providing my updated address to the driver, my order was ultimately canceled about ten minutes later. I believe that a refund is appropriate in this situation, as I was prepared to cancel and reorder correctly. My company and I are frequent users of your services and would like to continue doing so. A few months ago, I ordered delivery from my local McDonald’s through the Uber Eats app. Unfortunately, I got sick from the food, and after reaching out to McDonald’s, they directed me to contact Uber. Despite sending a message through the Uber Eats app for help, I didn’t receive any response from them. I don't seek free food; I just wanted Uber to acknowledge my complaint, which never happened. Disappointed with their lack of response, I decided to delete my Uber account. It's ironic that I have since started walking to the McDonald’s without any issues. Goodbye, Uber!

I had a frustrating experience with the delivery boy on the phone. He called me twice, but couldn't hear me when I answered. When I called him back, he insisted my location was wrong instead of asking for directions. He accused me of not answering his calls and not providing the correct location. When I explained that I had answered his calls, he didn't believe me and accused me of lying. It was disappointing to feel like the delivery person was questioning my honesty and treating me as a liar.

I contacted a customer service representative regarding my delivery time changing three times. The representative mentioned that even if I cancel, I will still be charged. Communication was a challenge as the representative had difficulty understanding English well. I requested to speak with a manager and was connected to a gentleman named Raf. Unfortunately, Raf also couldn't provide clear answers to my questions. When I inquired about the driver's estimated arrival, he claimed it was confidential. Despite explaining my delivery time changes (1:36, 1:49, 1:54), he repeatedly stated the estimated time was 1:43. He emphasized that cancellation would result in charges, which I found frustrating given the delivery issues. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing.

Hello, Yesterday afternoon, I placed an order at Ocean Express Kababs in Maroochydore for three beef lamb chips with cheese snack boxes totaling $45.95. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he only had one box. Despite showing him my receipt, he explained that was all they gave him. He refused to go back for the missing items due to other orders. I attempted to contact the shop multiple times but got no response. Even when the driver returned for another delivery, he declined to help further and suggested contacting Uber Eats. I am frustrated that the driver was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. I am unable to find a contact number for Uber Eats to address this problem. This experience with my first Uber Eats order has left me disappointed and dissatisfied, and I am requesting a refund.

Hello, I recently purchased four cupcakes from a bakery nearby. Since the app doesn't allow specific cupcake selection in a mix pack, I included my preferences in the special instructions as I've done before with no issues. Unfortunately, this time the wrong cupcakes were delivered. I kindly request a refund and the correct cupcakes to be promptly delivered. I've had a tough day, and this order was supposed to bring some cheer. Your understanding is appreciated. If possible, I would appreciate the correct cupcakes to be delivered today. I ordered from Eastside Fish Fry in Lansing, MI. Unfortunately, my order was only partially fulfilled. I contacted the restaurant, and they said the order was complete but the driver forgot to pick up the rest. I then spoke to the driver, who claimed the order was finished. When I suggested calling the restaurant again, the driver said she would handle it. I appreciated her effort, so I gave her a good rating and a tip. However, an hour later, my food still hadn't arrived. I messaged the driver, and she said she was already home by the time I contacted her. It seems there was a misunderstanding, as she thought I was from Ubereats. I now request a refund and reimbursement for the tip, as the driver misled me about resolving the issue.

Order F4A35. I had an unpleasant experience with a late delivery. After reaching out to the driver without a response, I noticed a car parked outside my house. Upon questioning the driver, he was extremely rude, yelling at me from a distance. He accused me of not approaching him for the delivery, which escalated into a confrontation. Eventually, he left the drink on the ground and departed without an apology. I felt intimidated and disrespected by his behavior. I have video evidence of the incident captured by my security camera.
