I have made some delivers on the ******** of August for Uber Eats. I look at my rates to see if I had any issues, and I see there are some issues reported such as: Didn’t deliver to door, I was late delivering their food, and I got another one last night stating about professionalism. I know for a fact all of these are false, and I would like to know how to get this resolved because I went from ***% to **% which is very frustrating for the simple fact that I follow the instructions I am given, I have always been professional when doing my deliveries and my uber rides. I feel like now customers are falsifying my work ethic and making it seem otherwise. I work at the bank so I know exactly what great customer service is like and I have treated them the same way I would treat my customers at my full time job. I would like for these issues to be handled because it’s inaccurate information upon my customer service and professionalism.
