Ordered my food and waited the **-** minutes. Food finally got picked up & watched as the driver went in the wrong direction for * minuets. Once he finally arrived to my complex he called in regards to the gate code. I was trying to explain to him that if he went to the correct gate that it would be open. Rather than taking my advice on how to get to me, he decided to hang up and cancel my order. Due to that, I waited for nothing & couldn’t even rate my experience. I called customer service to receive no help only to be told my order was cancelled which I already knew because the driver delivering my food decided to not actually listen. Nor did he inform me on the phone he was going to cancel. I don’t care that I wasn’t charged as I have already spent enough time waiting to only get very poor customer service from both the driver & individual on the phone. Could have ordered & picked up food myself but of course thought I would use your services which has now been a terrible experience with zero attempts to right this wrong. All the driver had to do was go to the correct gate. Unbelievable. Hope he enjoys the food I ordered and waited for.
