I have been waiting over ** minutes for my order. I called the restaurant and they told us at *:** that our order had been sitting there for ** minutes. After that I checked the app and the time grew MORE. I am*Now able to pick up my own food somewhere else. I would like a refund on the order that I have yet to even receive. ****A*. I placed the order around *am. It is now preodicting the drop off to be around *:**am.
GetHuman-rileighb did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
