Uber eats got me upset to tell me I can’t have my refund when my order wrong and has cheese. I can’t have cheese. And told me on the phone that I can’t have my refund because the order was before time. First of all the delivery guy it said on my app he was on a bicycle he was never on it. He was actually in a car. That shouldn’t be the reason to not get my refund. I’m a loyal Uber eats customers and also to have been told this. It’s very unprofessional and ridiculous to tell me I can’t have my money back when the order wrong I have proof. Pictures and the receipt.
