Help with my UberEATS issue

My husband and I were ordering Chinese food with UberEats. Immediately after pressing the order button, we realized the restaurant was in Kansas City, where my husband was just on business. We, however, are in Chicago. Within the minute we called to cancel our order. When speaking with the customer service representative, she said the order has already been prepared and the driver was en route. This is very concerning (and not to mention physically impossible as at this point it had only need at most * minutes) that it would be policy to lie to customers, so I am hoping that is not the case. We enjoy using UberEats, but as you could understand, we also wanted to be treated honesty and fairly and would like a refund. It was ordered under David Bote at **********. Thank you for your time.
GetHuman-botefam did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
