My issue was NEVER resolved for fixed. Your customer service rep, hung up on me, and sent me over to your survey.**my whole order was incorrect - NOTHING ordered was delivered. I get it, she can't control condiments, BUT why is everything WRONG.**The order was for pregnancy, and allergies, and no one got their order. All the rep did was process a refund, and then told me to reorder the meals. When I asked how she was going to make sure that the order was corect, she couldn't answer me. **I had to tell her twice that I wanted speak with someone else, because she was clearly in effective, and she disregarded my requests and concerns.**At the end of the call, she disconnected the call. This is the worst service, and completely unacceptable for any establishment, and a sad and poor representation that the rep is setting for this company.**I expect to receive a call back from a supervisor at ***-***-****. And I expect that my account regarding order ****** be notated accurately by that rep that I had spoken with. I should not have to repeat the issue and that she did NOT transfer me to someone else, or that she could not guarantee that a reorder would be error free.
GetHuman-kattall did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
