I canceled my order but was still charged. When Uber eats was contacted regarding this matter I was advised to call my bank because the charge was pending. I contacted my bank only to find that my account was charged. I feel deceived by the customer service rep that ensured me that I was not charged. Hopefully I will receive a courtesy response regarding the overall service and I’ll get my money from a service that was not received. ***-***-****
GetHuman-lucasedm did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
